Only online application can be made at aces.gov.in
and
Registration is to be granted online within 2 days of the receipt of application form.
Registration Number Granted is PAN Based of 15 digits with first 10 digits being PAN number

Verification of documents and premises, as the case may be, can be carried out after the grant of the registration
