Like all other taxes, CST is also exempt in case of sale to

  • any Foreign Diplomatic Mission or Consulate in India or
  • the United Nations or any other similar international body

 

Procedure

Buyer (foreign diplomatic mission or consulate or United Nations or any other similar international body ) gives  Form J to seller
