Registration Certificate (ST1) may be amended in various cases like
- New service provided/received
- Address Changed
- Directors/Partners/Authorized Signatory Changed etc
Time Period for Amendment
Within 30 days of change,
ST1 is to be amended
And
Necessary documents to be submitted to the jurisdictional Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Central Excise
