Ex 8.1, 2 (c) Subtract 4p2q – 3pq + 5pq2 – 8p + 7q – 10 from 18 – 3p – 11q + 5pq – 2pq2 + 5p2qOur Expressions are 4p2q – 3pq + 5pq2 – 8p + 7q – 10 18 – 3p – 11q + 5pq – 2pq2 + 5p2q Second expression can also be written as 5p2q – 5pq + 2pq2 – 3p – 11q – 18 We have to subtract 1st expression from the 2nd expression. So, we write 2nd expression first. Putting like terms below like terms
