How to Solve if there are more than 2 values possible in one cell or column?

It is done by using Nested if i.e. If in If Command

 

How to Apply Nested if

Apply Simple if Command

= If(Write Condition,Yes Value if condition is true,No Value if Condition not true)

In No Value above, put another if as follows

= If(Write Condition,Yes Value if condition is true,if(Write Condition2,Yes value if condition 2 satisfied,No Value if Condition 2 not satisfied)
