The plants in which the reproductive organs are carried within the flowers and the seeds are enclosed in a fruit are called angiosperms.

 The reproductive parts of an angiosperm are 

  • stamen 
  • carpel

These reproductive parts are located in the flower.

The female reproductive part is called carpel . It is made up of 3 parts:

  • Ovary is the swollen part at the bottom.
  • Style is the elongated part in the middle. 
  • Stigma is the terminal sticky part.
