Please explain about TDs filing in case of Government entities and What is BIN Number?

Hi Raghu

Govt Companies do not pay challan for TDS to Govt

This is because they themselves are govt and it will be like paying amount from one pocket to another pocket

So instead of paying challan,they do book adjustment i.e. pass entry in books
