Suppose Salary Paid to 5 Employees A,B,C,D,E 20000 each
In this case we have 2 options
Option 1
Make Salary Sheet of all employees and make single entry for all employees
Salary Dr
To Bank/Cash
Option 2
in case,we want to record Individual employee's name,entry will be
Salary Dr
To A
Similarly for each employee,we pass Separate entry
In this case,A,B,C,D,E are Sundry Creditors
Salary is under Indirect Expense
Note:- Option 1 is more preferable as employee's salary is confidential.Option2 is normally followed by employees having less no of employees

seems like many does not know the answer, no one talks about under which head employee name falls, i am too curious about knowing the answer. must be under sundry creditor i suppose.
